Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of support workers.
- Assist in care planning and ensure individual care needs are met.
- Provide emotional and practical support to children and young people.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
- Act as a positive role model and encourage development and independence.

The Person
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential care setting.
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children and Young People).
- A full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A reliable and caring approach to supporting young people.
