We have an exciting opportunity here in Rochdale and are looking for a compassionate, inspiring and innovative advanced practitioner who has a bias for action.

Our Children with Disabilities Service is seeking an Advanced Practitioner with expertise working with Children with Disabilities to hold a small complex case load and to support and deputise for the team manager to provide an effective service with a strong vision for excellence, and where children are the heart of everything we do!
