Children’s Advanced Practitioner, RochdalePay rate, £40 per hour Family Support and Protection ServiceVitalis Social Care are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Advanced Practitioner to join a Family Support and Protection Service in Rochdale’s Children’s Services.Job Role and Responsibilities: - Advanced Practitioners are vital in our service and support our Social Workers and the Team Managers in the operational management of the team. Advanced Practitioners support us with the performance and quality of the service, and this is a great opportunity to enhance and build management skills while continuing to work with children and families with a reduced caseload.Rochdale is currently in an exciting transition into the family safeguarding model. To support us in this transition we need to establish multi-disciplinary teams where specialist practitioners are co-located with social workers under a unified management structure. This enables a multi-disciplinary whole family response through direct assessment.
