Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Operations Manager

Location:         Rochdale  

Rate:               £23,552 - £25,581 pro rata 

Length:            Permanent

Hours:              24 hours

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordinating the management of the homelessness services allocated providing a safe, high quality and individual service to individuals and families
  • Ensuring a forward-thinking approach and building strong relationships with commissioners and key stakeholders
  • Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on service provision

Due to the caseload, the hiring manager is looking for female candidates only. The candidate is required to have direct experience within the field of Homelessness, young parents or those with multiple disadvantages and have experience of monitoring and reporting against organisatoinal plans, targets and budgets.
