We have an exciting opportunity here in Rochdale for a compassionate, inspiring and innovative Team Manager who has expertise in Safeguarding Children through the continuum of Need from Child in Need, Child Protection, PLO, and Court proceedings. We seek a manager who leads with purpose and who has a real bias for action!

At the heart of our practice is our Family Safeguarding Model - a trauma-informed approach where we are compassionate, utilise motivational interviewing skills, and empower our families through relationships, multi-disciplinary support, and with a real focus on keeping children at home with their families, where safe to do so.

Our teams consist of social workers, family support workers, domestic abuse practitioners and drug and alcohol workers. We have a wealth of services that support you to do your job well, and lots of opportunity for progression and to make an impact on practice.
