Prospero Teaching are currently working with some fantastic schools who are looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work in Primary and Special Educational Needs Schools in the Middleton area. Successful candidates would be capable of working on a 1:1 basis.

The post requires a passionate Teaching Assistant who can take the lead in supporting the pupils' personal targets and promoting positive behaviour.

You will need to feel confident within a classroom environment and be able to take direction from a class teacher.

All applicants will be contacted to discuss suitability and then invited to register with Prospero Teaching. Registration involves an enhanced DBS check, ID checks.

The role will include:

* Assisting the teacher with classroom preparation* Working with children who require specialist support - 1:1* Help lead group work* Helping the class teacher with pupil observations
