We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the continuity of learning for students in the absence of their regular teacher. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behavior, and support students in achieving their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons based on pre-prepared materials.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Effectively manage classroom behavior and implement de-escalation strategies when needed.
  • Support the learning and development of all students, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Provide feedback to students and contribute to their progress and development.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and school administration to ensure smooth transitions during lesson coverages.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in schools within the UK.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different learning environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, positive attitude.
  • A genuine passion for education and helping students achieve their potential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
