Knowledge of strength testing machines or similar equipment is a big plus, but a willingness to learn and dive into R&D activities is just as important.What You'll Be Doing:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors, both in the UK and overseas.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their testing needs and recommending the ideal solutions.
  • Preparing detailed technical quotations aligned with ISO and ASTM standards.
  • Managing sales orders through in-house ERP software and working closely with manufacturing teams.
  • Sourcing components from external suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Providing post-sales support and delivering technical advice to keep customers satisfied.
  • Conducting equipment demonstrations (don't worry, training provided!) and representing the company at exhibitions.
  • Taking charge of marketing activities, from email campaigns to social media outreach, to promote products and grow the business.

What You Bring to the Table:Must-Haves:

  • A background in engineering or material science, ideally with a degree.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical sales role.
  • Familiarity with strength testing machines or similar equipment.
  • Experience in marketing or outbound sales.
