The Job
Manage product and process development of the companys objectives
Co-ordinate lab testing resourcing to meet client specifications
Undertake customer requirements in compliance with ISO and CE marking
Advise clients on choice of fabrics and specification enquires.
Co-ordinate internal and external non-conformance and complaints process
Provide on time release documentations and ensure cost of quality KPIs are monitored
Work with customers to develop new products and processes
Co-ordinate testing and trails of new products and evaluate cheaper raw materials or work processes.
About You
Experience of technical textiles and processes during manufacturing
Experience specification writing and presentation to clients and internal personnel
Confident with lab processes and testing trails
Commercial awareness of the technical textile industry and products
Competent to work on conformance documentation
Working knowledge of Cost of Quality KPIs and ability to take corrective actions where necessary
