My client, a specialist high precision component and machine manufacturer, have a fantastic opportunity for a Engineering Supervisor. You will support the Manufacturing Director and will be responsible for planning the flow of work.

The Job:
- Manage and motivate a team of electrical and mechanical trades personnel.
- Prepare production schedules and allocate resources for machine builds.
- Support your department, ensuring timely provision and resources to meet schedules.
- Consult with suppliers and maintain stock inventory.
- Maintain ERP system and produce reports on component build process.
- Manage staff attendance, holidays, reviews, and performance.
- Ensure safety regulations and procedures are maintained.
About you:
- Must have experience within a supervisory capacity.
- Experience of manufacturing special purpose machinery
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.
- Confidence and the ability to motivate, support and train employees.
- Experienced in project and resource management.
- Strong engineering background
