This tutor role is perfect for someone looking to step away from the classroom and make a difference to the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners. We are looking for a tutor who holds experience in delivering english maths lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4.

We are looking for Outreach Tutors who are eager to work with children and young people with a variety of learning needs with a creative, flexible and holistic approach to raise attainment and drastically improve the outlook of their educational journey.

The successful Outreach tutor will have outstanding teaching skills both in the classroom and when delivering innovative and engaging online learning and a passion for helping students from a range of backgrounds to develop their Maths & English skills.

Minimum rate of pay - GBP25 per hour

Experience, Training and Qualifications of the Outreach Tutor:
QTS or equivalent
A minimum of 1 year UK classroom experience
Be confident teaching GCSE classes online
Provide a firm but fair approach
Have recent safeguarding training or willing to undergo Prosperos course

To be eligible for this role, the potential Outreach Tutor must:
Hold the right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child-related references.
