The company is a privately-owned and successful name within the Environmental sector and can offer excellent training and development opportunities for hardworking candidates. Due to the company's national presence, they are able to consider applications from in and around the West Midlands.Ideal locations of Candidates include: Rochdale, Bury, Oldham, Middleton, Stalybridge, Glossop, Hyde, Stockport, Altrincham, Stretford, Eccles, Leigh, Warrington, Bolton, Wigan, Ashton-in-Makerfield, Chorley, Blackburn, Preston, Burnley, Halifax, Huddersfield, Brighouse, Mirfield, Bradford, Leeds, Wakefield.Experience / Qualifications:- Will need experience working as an Administrator / Coordinator for a Water Hygiene / Legionella / Water Treatment company- Must have worked within a Managerial / Supervisory position and have a proven track record of overseeing teams- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in using IT applications, such as the Microsoft Office suite and internal databases- Organised and adaptable attitudeThe Role:- Overseeing a team of Administrators / Coordinators on a daily basis across England- Being the first port of call for office staff, providing ongoing support and training to ensure a smooth running of operations- Ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met across the office team as well as high levels of customer service- Acting as an Account Manager for a portfolio of Water Hygiene / Legionella Client Accounts, answering enquiries and managing projects- Working closely with members of Management and Directors to discuss team performance- Processing staff annual leave requests, sickness and schedules- Providing ongoing administrative support to site staff, members of Management and company Directors- Willingness to travel as per company requirementsFuture Select are recruiting in the Water Treatment/Hygiene industry; we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.We would be interested in speaking to candidates with experience in any disciplines from Risk Assessors, Service Engineers, Account Managers and Business Development/Operational Managers through to Director level.
