What You'll Be Doing:

Due to internal promotion, this business is looking for a Crop Manager for their fresh produce growing operation.

In this role, you'll see yourself managing a team of over 120 workers across the farm. You'll be managing everything from planting through to harvest, and with your support, the field teams will be able to flourish.

About You:

You'll already have a good understanding of relevant machinery and internal communications will be your strong suit - you'll have plenty of it to get stuck into!

Experience in farm, crop and operational management is desirable.

FACTS and BASIS would be beneficial, but not essential, with this role experience speaks louder than qualifications.
