DO YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A FOOD QUALITY ROLE OR A FOOD HANDLING ROLE?

We are looking for a QA Technician to join our clients well-established, yet growing, organisation based in Medway. If you have previous experience within the food industry working in a quality control or similar position, then this could be the role for you!

As a QA Technician, duties include:

  • Performing regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet required specifications.
  • Ensuring the correct calibration of equipment such as weight checkers, metals detectors, and more.
  • Carrying out checks on labels and date coding for finished products.
  • Raw material testing .
  • Completing thorough quality checks throughout every step of the process.
  • Any other duties required.

The successful candidate for this QA Technician position will have / be:

  • Previous working experience in the food industry, working in a quality role.
  • The full right to work in the UK without needing visa sponsorship now, or in the future.
  • A Food Hygiene certificate.
