A very successful company based in the Rochester/Strood area are looking to recruit Machine Operators on a temporary basis.
These are temporary positions, however there are opportunities for permanent employment for the right candidates after a qualifying period, subject to timekeeping, attendance, performance and attitude.
Your main duties will include operating plant machinery, monitoring the production process and carrying out regular quality control checks. Ideally you will have some previous operating experience, however full training will be provided.
Own transport is advantageous due to start times and location.
The shifts are a combination of both days and nights, rotating weekly.
13.00 is paid for hour for working nights, with 19.50 per hour when exceeding 40 hours.
Nights Monday-Sunday 18.00-06.00
The company offers excellent training and benefits if made permanent.
