Delivery Drivers Needed!
Salary - £13.37 to £18.81 per hour PAYE (Dependant on experience)
Location - Medway
Temp position estimated until end of Jan'24
The upcoming Christmas period is the busiest time of year for postal services and we are in need of Delivery Drivers to help in this time. As a Postal Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to homes and businesses along your designated route. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive their mail on time and in good condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
- Handle mail and packages with care to prevent damage.
- Collect signatures and payments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any delivery-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. (Will be DVLA Checked)
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous experience in a delivery role is a plus but not required.
