Senior position with a leading passive fire protection contractor, based in Medway Kent.
The owner/MD is looking to appoint a Senior Operations Managerto take on full responsibility of day to day operations.
The last few years have really accelerated in terms of revenue growth, and with the clients they have, there's no sign of it slowing down any time soon. This rapid growth has enabled the team to strengthen with strong contract, project managers and project support staff, and it's time now for someone to come in and run this business operationally.
You'll play an integral part in the next phase, allowing the MD to focus purely on further strengthening the brand. There's so much potential with existing clients, new clients and potentially new divisions.
MUST HAVES:
- Strong track record within the passive fire Protection sector
- Demonstrable operations management experience
- Ability to take full control of a busy specialist contractor with the majority of business in the public sector
- Excellent leader with a focus on developing and motivating your management team
