Powder Coating Operations Manager - Role Overview:

As the Powder Coating Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of the powder coating process, ensuring operational efficiency, quality control, and adherence to health and safety standards. This leadership role requires a hands-on manager with expertise in powder coating techniques, process optimization, and team leadership.

Powder Coating Operations Manager - Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the powder coating department, ensuring productivity and quality targets are met.

• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.

• Lead, train, and develop a team of powder coating professionals.

• Ensure all processes comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production and delivery timelines.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs.

• Manage inventory of powder coating materials and supplies.

• Maintain documentation, including production reports and quality control records.
