About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC machines with precision and efficiency.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy in production.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot machine issues as needed.
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Work collaboratively with team members to optimise workflow and production targets.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, with shifts of up to 12 hours.
- Weekend work available with overtime pay.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
- Background in welding or steelwork is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of CNC operations and ability to troubleshoot machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
