Specializing in Building Maintenance Units (BMUs), cradle systems, and fall protection equipment, the company delivers cutting-edge solutions for building faade access, safety, and maintenance.
We are looking for skilled and motivated BMU Engineers to join our dynamic team and support projects that prioritize safety, innovation, and technical excellence.
Your Role:
As a BMU Engineer, you will:
- Service and Maintenance: Conduct regular servicing, fault diagnosis, and repairs on BMU systems to ensure reliable and safe operation.
- Installation: Assist in the installation and commissioning of BMUs and associated access systems, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
- Safety Compliance: Work in accordance with safety regulations such as BS6037 and BS7883, ensuring systems are safe for use.
- Technical Expertise: Work with manual, motorized, and electrical BMU systems, identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineers and support junior team members when required.
- Onsite Work: Operate primarily in London with travel across the UK for specific projects.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience working with BMU systems, cradle systems, or similar access equipment (essential for Lead Engineers).
- Knowledge of BS6037 and BS7883 standards (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Technical qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred but not essential).
- A valid UK driving license (mandatory).
- Flexibility to travel and stay overnight when required.
