Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Construction Project Administrator to join their company based in Medway.
The role entails (but is not limited to):
- Tracking and following various construction projects on a nationwide level.
- Client relations management, stakeholder profiling.
- Market research and all relevant gathering of information.
- CRM and database management.
- Collaboration with the existing sales team.
A successful candidate will have:
- An ability to gather data and research.
- Excellent communication and relations management skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft office package.
- Experience within the construction industry.
- Experience as an administrator.
- Familiarity with construction projects and stakeholders.
The starting salary for this position is dependent on experience, but up to £25,000 per annum.
