Higham ME3 (Office & Site Based)

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Contract Manager to join this exemplary team! This is a mix of office-based work and site visits across Central London. You’ll be surveying jobs, pricing works, managing live projects, and handling larger tenders.If you have plant room knowledge (pumps, boilers, pipework systems) and can provide technical solutions to clients while also managing contracts and pricing jobs, we want to hear from you!Ideal for: A Senior Engineer looking to step up into a management role.What You’ll Do:

Survey jobs across Central London
Price and manage projects from start to finish
Work closely with clients, providing technical solutions
Oversee tenders for larger projects
Office-based contract management & pricing

What You Need:

Strong hands-on experience with plant rooms, pumps, boilers & pipework
Ability to liaise with senior clients and work confidently on a computer
Proven experience in pricing and contract management
Full UK driving licence
