Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Data Management Co-ordinator.

Salary: Competitive

Location: Hoo - must have own transport

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30 am - 4.00 pm

Friday 7:30 am to 12:30 pm

Flexibility to start at 8.30 am

Job Type: Full-time, site based NO REMOTE WORKING

ERP Data Management Co-ordinator duties will include:

  • Being responsible for data held on the company’s Efacs ERP System
  • Supporting the Project Team in initially setting up data as required
  • Formalising Data Change Control Procedures.
  • Collecting of data relating to Environmental and Sustainability issues, and its subsequent transfer onto the system
  • Developing and running routines to identify data which is either absent or inaccurate; then investigating the root causes and arranging appropriate remediation
  • Creating, documenting, and implementing data entry and change control procedures, designed for simplicity of use, and the minimisation of user error
  • Implementing the expansion of new classes of data onto the ERP System, in liaison with key stakeholders
  • Assist in ensuring the correct User Security Access for ERP Data, and assist in general Data Protection tasks

ERP Data Management Co-ordinator skills experience required

Previous experience of using ERP Systems

Understanding of manufacturing principles and environment

Basic SQL Server skills, with an understanding of Relational Databases

Good MS Excel and associated Analytical Skills

Solid general MS Office Competence

Ability to Communicate effectively, internally and Cross-Departmentally

Strong attention to Detail, with high level of accuracy

Excellent documentation abilities with the ability to think critically
