About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical/Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic team specializing in suspended access equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on varied and challenging projects across London and the UK. You will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining permanent suspended access systems, ensuring the highest safety and performance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct PPMs and load testing on suspended access and WAH equipment.
- Fault find and repair systems on-site.
- Respond to call-outs and entrapments.
- Accurately complete engineer reports, test certificates, and service sheets.
- Provide exceptional customer care and relay queries to office staff as needed.
Essential Skills:
- Strong background in electrical/mechanical engineering and fault finding.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and work at height.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to travel and work away from home when required.
- Full clean manual driving license.
Desirable Experience:
- LG3 10-yearly works on BMUs.
- Fault finding on single-phase, three-phase, and control voltage systems.
- Working with hydraulics, PLCs, and inverter drives.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities.
