Excellent opportunity on offer for an Electrical Engineer with experience in the marine, off-grid and specialist vehicle industries to join an exceptional company at a very exciting time in their growth in a role where you will deliver high quality electrical and engineering solutions to a global client base in a varied & interesting role.

In this role you will provide electrical engineering expertise to develop a wide range of equipment and machinery for a range of interesting projects throughout the marine sector.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating in the mechanical and electrical equipment & experience within drive technology. Ideally, experienced with battery systems, typically in the 300-700V range.

The role:

  • Creating, improving and developing complex hybrid systems.
  • Project focus role liaising with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure success.
  • Work with the rest of the engineering department to ensure efficiency throughout projects.
  • Direct technical responsibility for large hybrid projects - both land an marine based systems.
  • Role typically focused around Danfoss drive technology.


The person:

  • Have previous experience in a role working electrical equipment; beneficial to be from a marine, off-grid or specialist vehicle background.
  • Degree educated within a electrical engineering discipline.
  • Experienced with Battery systems - ranging from 300 - 700V as well as Danfoss Drive Technology.
  • Looking for a role that offers career development & progression.
  • Located or commutable to Rochester and then Aylesford.
