ELECTRICAL WORKSHOP TECHNICIAN - KENT - PERMANENT - £30,000 - £35,000

ARM are working with a leading global engineering company, who are at the forefront of engineering and electronics across many industries. We are currently supporting recruitment for a Workshop Technician to be working on electrical products based in their location in Kent.

About You:

  • You will be an experienced Electrical Technician who has a good understanding of assembly and wiring using electrical diagrams.
  • You will have worked within a manufacturing or workshop environment previously.
  • You will be a team played and able to work without limited supervision and have good organisational skills.

What you will be doing:In this position you will be helping build floor standing cubicles assembling and wiring systems into it. Using hand and wiring tools and following electrical diagrams, you be signing off built status, once you are happy things are built to the required standards. The end product is used by major organisations within the UK to help provide safe networks.

This position is site-based in Rochester in Kent. This is offered as a full-time permanent position.

What you can expect in return:The salary range for this position is between £30,00 and £35,000 and will be dependent on experience and suitability. On top of this is a performance bonus which is annual and linked to the companies performance. A generous pension scheme with up to 10% employer contributions and generous holiday package, as well as the option to purchase more.
