Hygiene Technician Nights
Hours:4 on 4 off, 6PM till 6AM
Are you an experienced hygiene professional with aLevel 2 Food Safetycertification and knowledge ofBRC, COSHH,andHACCPprinciples?
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to maintain visual and microbiological hygiene.
- Identify and report hygiene issues.
- Ensure proper labeling and securing of chemical containers.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, quality, and H&S procedures.
- Achieve a right first time clean and complete tasks efficiently.
- Operate cleaning equipment during deep cleans.
- Handle chemicals according to COSHH regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness in both operational and non-operational areas.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment - Essential
- work methodically and under pressure
- Ability to work in really hot environments
- Ability to deal with pest control
