Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for a new opportunity?  

 My client, an award-winning independent agent, is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their established team in the Strood area. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 6 months' experience to further develop their career.

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

  • Basic salary between £20,000 - £22,000 
  • OTE of £30,000 - £40,000.
  • A clear and achievable commission structure.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
  • 9.00 am – 17.00 pm on Saturdays

Requirements for the Sales Negotiator position:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
  • A Full Driving Licence.
  • Experience with listings is desired but not essential.

As the Sales Negotiator, your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Generating leads through calls, emails, and marketing efforts.
  • Advising buyers and sellers on market conditions
  • Staying updated on local property market trends and pricing.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Keep all parties updated, booking in mortgage appointments and valuations when possible.
  • Managing a portfolio of property listings for sale.
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers to reach agreements.
