Business Development and Account Manager

My exclusive client based in Rochester is looking to recruit a Business Development and Account Manager to join their small team. You will be working directly with the owner of the business and the Operations Manager heading up the revenue through multiple channels. This is a brand new role to the construction business and will be given excellent training from internal and external trainers.
Day to day of the Business Development and Account Manager:

  • Manage all current clients, providing other services the business offers.
  • Manage all non existing clients who get in touch for reactive works, set up services provided.
  • Attend expo's and events for the areas my clients cover to draw in new business and engagement.
  • Manage the clients LinkedIn and social media posting to engage new clients and drum up new business.
  • Manage all web enquires coming into the business and provide quotations of works.
  • Renew yearly subscriptions and service agreements with current clients for planned works.
  • Manage the google reviews and increase these through clients.
  • Manage the CRM system database for clients.
  • Chase up quotations sent out for works to ensure the business is won.

Requirements of the Business Development and Account Manager:

  • Experience from a sales environment such as recruitment or consultancy background is preferred.
  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Persuasive and confident communicator.
  • Bubbly personality with character is a must.
  • Forward thinker and wants to increase opportunity.
  • Strong IT skills.
