We are seeking a skilled professional for a System Implementation Interim Role at a prominent charity based in the Medway area. This role involves implementing Workday, and we are looking for someone who can start immediately and effectively manage the integration process.
Day-to-day of the role:- Lead the implementation of Workday, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their operational needs and tailor the implementation process accordingly.
- Manage timelines, resources, and risks associated with the system implementation.
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring they are equipped to use the new system effectively.
- Monitor the implementation process, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful deployment.
- Proven experience in system implementation, specifically with Workday.
- Ability to start immediately and commit to the duration of the project.
