Job Title: Junior BMU Engineer / Junior Access Engineer / Cradle Systems Trainee / Height Safety Trainee

Location: London-based with occasional travel across the UK

We are seeking a motivated Junior BMU Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive expert training, and grow within the industry.

As a Junior BMU Engineer, you will:

• Assist in Maintenance: Support senior engineers in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing BMU and cradle systems.
• Learn and Develop: Receive full training to understand the operation and servicing of manual, motorized, and electrical BMU systems.
• Support Installations: Assist with the installation and commissioning of BMUs and associated access equipment.
• Ensure Safety Compliance: Follow safety standards such as BS6037 and BS7883 under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Travel and Onsite Work: Work primarily in London, with occasional travel to project sites across the UK.

• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience with mechanical or electrical systems (training provided).
• A technical qualification in Engineering (preferred but not essential).
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the BMU industry.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A valid UK driving license (mandatory).
• Flexibility to travel and stay overnight when required.
