Job Role: Site Manager
Area: Medway
Salary: £55k
PW Construction Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for our client in Kent.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site activities for commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures, conducting regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets the required standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensure strong safety culture on site, ensuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- SSSTS / SMSTS
- Experience with Design & Build (D&B) is essential
- Experience as a Site Manager
- High Level of Health and Safety awareness.
- Willingness to work in various locations across the UK, mainly the South
- First Aider
- Full UK Driving Licence
