Location: Rochester

Contract Type: Temporary - Ongoing

Working Pattern: 9:00am - 5:00pm/ Monday to Friday

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our client's team based in Rochester. This is a temporary position with a daily rate ranging from 11.50 per hour to 12.50 per hour, offering the flexibility of part time hours.

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and organising documentation, including filing and archiving
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assisting with data entry and analysis, maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required
