I am looking for a proactive and organised Receptionist to manage the front desk on a temporary basis for 3-4 weeks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, managing post distribution, and performing various administrative tasks.
Day-to-day of the role:- Answering phones promptly and directing calls to the appropriate parties.
- Handling any ad hoc administrative tasks that may arise.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming post.
- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and administrative processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
