THE JOB

We are seeking ambitious, experienced recruiters to join our team. You will be responsible for setting up your division/sector, which you will be responsible for with the support of our consultants to help fill vacancies. Full flexibility on hours and work patterns, as it would be running your own business; we just support you.

You will work from home under the Trusted Recruiter branding. We will set you up with a Phone, Laptop, Database, and optional hot desk.

You will be responsible for creating and seeking out new vacancies within your sector and earning a commission starting at 40% on all placements resulting from your clients or jobs. In addition, you will receive other incentives and bonuses for exceptional performance.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Ideally, you will have at least two years of experience working with clients and generating vacancies and good knowledge of your industry and key decision-makers. However, we are open to speaking to anyone who feels ready and has existing relationships with potential clients. All sectors are considered and open to discussion.

LOCATION

You must be based in Kent or willing to commute for team catch-ups in Rochester, Kent.

ABOUT ME- THE DIRECTOR

Having worked in several jobs and never felt settled, I moved into recruitment and worked for a leading sales recruitment agency. I was responsible for the medical division and generating clients for jobs to be filled. I earned a salary of just twenty-eight thousand per year and a commission of 8% on invoices, provided I made at least two monthly placements.

I was sick and tired of being paid peanuts compared to what I was making the company. I worked from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and I was told what to do every minute of the day, with managers breathing over my shoulder.

The problem I had was knowing how to go it alone. Nine years on, I now have a successful niche recruitment business and would like to help like-minded people have full control over their hours so they can spend time doing the things they enjoy and be in control of their earnings and jobs without the added stress and pressure of being man-managed.
