We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Qube Recruitment are an independent recruitment consultancy & our philosophy is to supply our clients & candidates with a professional, honest & personalised service. We specialise in a number of sectors and are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Consultant to come onboard & contribute to our continued success.

What will the job involve?

  • Manage the 360 recruitment process, encompassing the entire hiring journey
  • Generate new business through various means such as cold calling & door knocking
  • Attend client meetings with both new & existing prospects
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying recruitment needs & providing solutions
  • Search, screen, & interview candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media and networking
  • Meet & exceed monthly KPIs & targets set for revenue generation

What are the requirements?

  • Proven experience in a recruitment role or from a sales background
  • UK driving licence
  • Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
