We are looking for a Vehicle Mechanical, Electrical and Trim (MET) Technician for a permanent position at a leading car repair body shop.
The role offers a competitive hourly rate and involves working on various mechanical and electrical components of vehicles.
Key responsibilities include stripping and refitting systems, performing wheel alignments, and repairing electrical faults.
Candidates should ideally hold a Level 3 qualification and have proven experience within the motor trade as an MET Technician.
A full UK Driving Licence is required, along with an ability to stay organized and committed to the role.

We are seeking a Vehicle Mechanical, Electrical and Trim (MET) Technician for a leading car repair body shop.

This is a permanent role with a competitive hourly rate.

The MET Technician job will involve.

Accessing and stripping mechanical and electrical components from a range of vehicles
Removing and re-fitting mechanical and electrical systems, wiring looms and vehicle accessories
Wheel alignments and suspension
Responsible for accessing, repairing, stripping and refitting mechanical or electrical faults with the vehicles
Removing and fitting non-structural body panels

Your Experience & Skills

Full UK Driving Licence
Ideally, you will be a qualified (Level 3) Technician
Proven experience within the motor trade as an MET Technician
Ability to keep up to date with vehicle and product knowledge
Organised and committed.
