We are a reputable and expanding maintenance and installation business with a focus on working at height safety and BMU maintenance. As specialists in this field, we are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Working at Height Safety Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a lead engineer as part of a 2-person site team to install, maintain, and repair various permanent access equipment and fall protection systems.
- Install and maintain permanent access equipment WAH systems, including fall restraint and fall arrest safety wire systems, fixed access ladders, handrail systems, gantries, and walkways.
- Option to work alongside BMU engineers to maintain, repair, and test Building Maintenance Units (BMUs) on client sites.
- Travel to and from job locations primarily within the Southeast, with a focus on London and the M25 area.
- Meet the lead engineer at designated meeting points and travel to job sites in a company vehicle.
Benefits:
38.5-hour paid working week with a paid lunch break.
Monday to Friday with a 3pm finish on a Friday.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience within the Work at Height industry.
- Previous experience in similar roles or industries (e.g., LOLER inspections, BMUs, eyebolts, safety wire systems, guardrails).
- Mechanical or electrical Engineering experience.
