Sonic Summary

This position is with the leading and largest motor retailer in Essex, offering a basic salary of £28,000 with an on-target earnings (OTE) of £40,000-£60,000.
Candidates do not need to have a car sales background, but some sales experience is advantageous.
The role requires confident, ambitious individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused background.
A full clean manual UK driving license is required, and successful candidates will receive comprehensive training.

Please note you don't need to be from a car sales background although some sales experience is beneficial.

For successful candidates, the financial package comprises:

£28,000 basic salary
£40,000-£60,000 OTE
Employee benefits and discount Scheme including company car after probationary period.
22 days holiday

Hours:

Candidates must be fully able and willing to work the following shifts and hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 18.00 pm Saturday 8.30 am to 17:30 pm
Alternate Sundays 10.00 am to 16.00 pm.
One week day off per week will be agreed between you and your line manager.
