Sonic Summary

An experienced CNC Machine Setter (Turner) is required to set and run Fixed Head and Sliding Head CNC Turning Machines.
Candidates should have the ability to read engineering drawings and experience with bar feed machines, with optional experience in setting and running twin spindle twin turret machines.
Familiarity with Doosan, Hardinge, and Star machines, as well as control panels like Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Mitsubishi, is essential.
The role involves working in aerospace manufacturing with materials such as aluminium, stainless steels, and Inconel, and ideally requires a car driver due to the location.

Required Skills:

Set and run Fixed Head/Sliding Head CNC Turning Machines
Read Engineering Drawings
Experience with Bar Feed Machines
Able to set and run Twin Spindle Twin Turret Machines (optional)
Machines are Doosan, Hardinge and Star, with Fanuc, Heidenhain and Mitsubishi control panels
Aerospace manufacturing, working with all material from Aluminium, stainless steels, and Inconel
Familiarise with Fanuc Control

Ideally a car driver due to location

Aerospace experience desirable

Hours of work Monday-Thursday 6.45am-4.30pm
