We are looking for dynamic people to maintain to organize and motivate various sites, ensuring all cleaning services are delivered to a high standard which meets customer expectations. The candidate will work to their own initiative identifying opportunities for improvement and driving business development in their area. Our client is one of the fastest-growing businesses in the industry and is one of the UK's leading provider of integrated management and maintenance services for residential areas. As part of their growth plans this year they are now looking to recruit a mobile cleaner.

Working Monday to Friday 8 to 5pm, with an hour lunch, totaling 40 hours per week

The successful candidate will work to their own initiative and organize resources to deliver an effective service delivery of maintenance including:

  • undertake cleaning duties
  • identify and report any potential maintenance which may require specialist or contractor attendance
  • ensure a safe environment is maintained
  • maintain stock levels and accurate records
  • waste management and general cleaning
The successful estate cleaner operative will have:



ENHANCED CLEAR DBS MANDATORY & Minimum 2 years of similar experience in similar role



  • Must hold a full driving licence, as a company van will be provided to undertake the role.
  • Experience in interpreting written instructions and maintaining simple written records
  • The ability to self-motivate
  • Undertake cleaning duties in accordance with local and legislative procedures, serving as a first point of contact
  • Experience implementing quality standards and working to customer specifications
  • Good understanding of written and spoken English, customer care and interpersonal skills
  • Identify and report hazards
