Working Monday to Friday 8 to 5pm, with an hour lunch, totaling 40 hours per week
The successful candidate will work to their own initiative and organize resources to deliver an effective service delivery of maintenance including:
- undertake cleaning duties
- identify and report any potential maintenance which may require specialist or contractor attendance
- ensure a safe environment is maintained
- maintain stock levels and accurate records
- waste management and general cleaning
ENHANCED CLEAR DBS MANDATORY & Minimum 2 years of similar experience in similar role
- Must hold a full driving licence, as a company van will be provided to undertake the role.
- Experience in interpreting written instructions and maintaining simple written records
- The ability to self-motivate
- Undertake cleaning duties in accordance with local and legislative procedures, serving as a first point of contact
- Experience implementing quality standards and working to customer specifications
- Good understanding of written and spoken English, customer care and interpersonal skills
- Identify and report hazards
