Sonic Summary

Our client is seeking a Parts Advisor for their busy dealership in Southend.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the automotive sector, specifically in parts, along with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
The role involves assisting customers in finding vehicle parts, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
The position offers a basic salary of £28,250 with an OTE of £36,000, and requires a full UK driving license.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 6.00pm, with one Saturday every three weeks from 8.30am to 1.00pm.

Our client is looking for a Parts Advisor to join their busy dealership in Southend! This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and keen to provide excellent customer service.The Role:

Help customers find the right vehicle parts
Inform customers about current promotions and offers
Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Manage incoming parts, keep accurate records, and assist with stock checks
Report any damages or discrepancies in stock

What We're Looking For:

Experience in the Automotive sector - Parts
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
A full UK driving license

The Package:

Basic salary: £28,250 with a £36,000 OTE
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm , 1 in every 3 Saturdays 8.30am - 1.00pm
