As the Compliance Supervisor, you will be:
- Lead on the development and successful submission of a Building safety cases
- Main point of contact with regards to fire safety within the property portfolio and other buildings
- Ensure that the programme of fire safety risk assessments is delivered and ensuing works ordered to specification and in accordance with the Fire Safety Strategy
- In conjunction with the Head of Property develop and implement the fire strategy including any relevant statutory documentation
Compliance Supervisor experience / qualifications:
- Previous experience of policy and project management within an organisation providing frontline housing services
- Experience of team management and the ability to demonstrate change management experience
- Qualification in construction, maintenance or related field
- A comprehensive knowledge and understanding of building safety legislation
