A well led and supportive 3 form entry primary school located in Havering, London are seeking a KS1 Phase Leader to join them in either April or September 2025 (depending on your availability). This is a full time, permanent role and they are very happy to wait for the right person for this role.

KS1 Phase Leader Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the KS1 phase, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across all subjects.
- Develop and implement the curriculum for KS1, ensuring it meets the needs of all students.
- Provide guidance, support, and professional development to a team of KS1 teachers.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the emotional and academic growth of every student.
- Maintain a strong focus on progress and achievement for all pupils in the school
