Bookkeeper Required!
Our client specialises in the design and manufacture of high-precision grinding and polishing equipment, particularly for the diamond tooling industry. Due to ongoing success, they are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their finance team.
Position Overview:
Full-time position (Monday to Friday)
26,000 to 30,000 (DOE)
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing our client's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, daily financial entries, and reconciliations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments.
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring that invoices are issued promptly, and payments are collected in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information and trends.
- Process payroll and maintain payroll information.

Requirements:
- A recognised accounting qualified
- Experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient using Sage 200
