The ideal Bookkeeper must be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and running payroll for small teams.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
  • Assist the company accountant by providing necessary information as required.
  • Handle HMRC processes including CIS, PAYE, and VAT returns.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage phone calls and emails professionally.
