CCP are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic business within the insurance industry that are expanding due to exceptional business performance following their recent acquisition. We’re supporting them as they look to recruit six (6) talented new Sales Advisors on a full-time basis starting on 18th November 2024 based at their superb modern office which is located in Romford, Essex.  Are you a money-motivated, driven sales professional?  Do you want to join a growing business who are offering fantastic career progression?  About The Role  This role will see you answering inbound calls from potential customers who are looking to purchase an insurance policy and have either already secured a quote online but have been asked to call into the contact centre to provide additional information or are calling to ask questions before they purchase their policy. Using an easy to use, user-friendly system, you will follow the guide to ask the customer specific questions based on their criteria, inputting their answers into the system to allow an insurance quote to be generated for the customer.  You will be engaging with customers from all over the UK, across all demographics, dealing with the young and the older generation, so it’s key to build rapport quickly and possess great empathy and patience when required. These skills alongside objection handling will ultimately deliver a great service, generate sales, and leave customers satisfied, earning yourself commission in the process.  Your first month will require in-depth training, during which the working hours are set at 9am-5:30pm. Once you conclude your training and are ready to start operating fully in your new role, the hours will fall between 8:30am and 8pm Monday to Friday, plus weekend shifts ranging between 9am-5:30pm on Saturdays, and 10am-5pm on Sundays.  To offer a career path and fantastic opportunities for progression within the business, our client has created a clear roadmap for your first 3 years employed, outlining how your salary can increase to £29,000, with pre-set reviews at pre-agreed intervals, where realistic targets and hard work will be rewarded with staggered salary increases.  Duties & Responsibilities This exciting role has a number of key responsibilities:  
  • Answering inbound calls from customers looking for an insurance quote.
  • Taking the customer through the questionnaire, ensuring questions are clearly spoken to allow for an accurate answer from the customer.
  • Based on these answers, identify opportunities to cross or upsell different products that are on offer.
  • Build rapport with the customer within these questions where possible to increase chances of generating a sale.
  • Generate a quote from the click of a button and offer the price to the customer.
  • Ensure you are able to record accurate notes/ answers.
  Salary & Benefits This role is paying a basic salary of £22,500. In addition, you will receive:  
  • 6 months of guaranteed commission from starting (£250 per month)
  • (Realistic OTE in year one of £35,000). The high-performing Sales Executives are earning upwards of £60,000 per annum, inclusive of monthly commission plus quarterly bonuses.
 Experience Required  To be considered for this brilliant opportunity, you must have the following experience:  
  • Customer service/ sales experience within a contact centre.
  • Experience selling insurance (desirable)
