Role Overview

We seek a highly motivated and dynamic New Business Sales Executive to join our growing team. This telephone-based role is ideal for an enthusiastic sales professional eager to develop new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company. The primary focus will be on acquiring new clients by presenting our energy services, building rapport, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Outreach: Identify potential business clients, initiate contact, and build a strong pipeline of prospects through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Sales Pitch Development: Effectively communicate FWT Energy’s value proposition, tailoring solutions to the specific needs and challenges of each potential client.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements for our sales team to follow-up and recommend the most suitable services and products.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring ongoing engagement and addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Performance Targets: Meet sales targets, consistently striving for high-quality outcomes and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client communications within the CRM system, maintaining a clear and organized sales pipeline.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Sales Experience: 1-3 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in energy or a related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly over the phone.
