The pay rate for this position is £20 per hour.
After 6 months of work, a permanent contract will be offered, along with benefits such as a company van, fuel card, and available overtime.

We are currently looking for Carpenters to work on a social housing contract in the East London/Essex area. This is a temp to perm role where you will be offered a permanent contract after 6 months work. The job will be carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, using a PDA and speaking to tenants and planners daily, so good communication skills are essential.

The rate of pay is £20 per hour.

Requirements:
