A company based in the London (Romford) area is on the hunt for a Business Development Manager who is ready to think outside the box, and drive business growth.
As a key player in the team, you'll be spotting fresh business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and putting growth strategies into motion-all while contributing to the company's big plans to be the most digitally advanced security firm.
Offering a competitive salary of £40,000 + DOE, a working week of Mon - Fri (37.5 hours per week).
A car, laptop, phone and fuel card will be provided.
Responsibilities as the Business Development Manager:
- Finding and seizing new business opportunities like a true go-getter.
- Developing growth strategies that keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients to gain long lasting successful relationships
- Contributing to the overall business development goals, helping the company scale and grow.
- Doing all this in a hybrid role, with flexibility to fit your lifestyle.
Requirements as a Business Development Manager:
- You know how to build relationships and close deals (Business Development, Sales, and Negotiation are your strong suits).
- You've got a knack for figuring out what drives growth and putting it into action.
- Experience in Market Research and Analysis
- Organised with excellent time management skills to juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
- You can work both independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative spirit.
- CRM and Microsoft Office are second nature to you.
- Bonus if you've worked in the security or related industries before!
